Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information flowatik.com (the "Site") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only, not to any custom system Flowatik builds for a client, which is governed by that client's own privacy practices.

Flowatik ("Flowatik", "we", "us", "our") is based in Beirut, Lebanon, and is the data controller for the information described here.

1. What we collect

The only personal information the Site collects is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your full name, email address, and message, and optionally your business or company name, phone number, and preferred date and time for a call.

We don't ask for anything beyond that, and we don't collect personal information about you automatically as you browse. Our hosting provider does log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, as is normal for any website, but we don't use this to track or profile individual visitors.

2. Cookies and analytics

The Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run visitor-analytics tools like Google Analytics. We do use Google Search Console to see how the Site performs in search results; it doesn't set cookies or track individual visitors, it only shows us aggregate data about search traffic.

The Site shows a small cookie notice with "Accept" and "Decline" options. Today, neither choice changes what the Site does, since there's nothing to opt in or out of, we built the notice in ahead of time so that if we ever add a tool that does use cookies, you'll have already told us your preference, and we'll honor it. Your choice itself is remembered locally in your browser, not sent to us.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for an introductory call, and follow up about a potential engagement. We don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

We share submitted contact-form data only with the service providers that help us receive it:

• FormSubmit, which delivers the notification email from the Site to us.
• Google Workspace, where that email lands in our inbox.

We don't share your information with any other third party, and none of these providers may use it for their own purposes.

5. How long we keep it

We retain contact-form submissions for 30 days from the date you submit them, after which they're deleted, unless you've since become a client (in which case the relevant information continues under that engagement's own terms) or we're required to keep it longer by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to withdraw consent at any time. If you're in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

7. International transfers

Because we're based in Lebanon and use service providers (FormSubmit, Google) that may process data outside your own country, your information may be transferred internationally. We only work with providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for the data they process on our behalf.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business inquiries and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
