Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of flowatik.com (the "Site"), operated by Flowatik ("Flowatik", "we", "us", "our"), based in Beirut, Lebanon. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What this Site is

Flowatik is a software studio that builds custom, AI-powered operational systems for businesses, the software and the automation layer that runs day-to-day operations such as messaging, bookings, payments and follow-ups. The Site describes our work, shows examples of systems we've built, and lets you request an introductory call.

These Terms cover your use of the Site itself. They do not cover the delivery of any custom software or system, that's governed by a separate written agreement signed between Flowatik and the client before any work begins. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into that agreement; it's a description of what we do and how we work.

2. Using the Site

You may browse the Site and submit the contact form for legitimate business inquiries. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems;
• Scrape, harvest or copy content from the Site for commercial redistribution;
• Submit false, misleading or malicious information through the contact form.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, at our discretion, including in response to misuse.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's content, text, design, graphics, logos and the Flowatik name and mark, is owned by Flowatik or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, modify or distribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This does not affect code ownership terms in any separate client agreement, which are addressed there, not here.

4. Contacting us / booking a call

When you submit the contact form, you're sending us your name, email, and whatever else you choose to share (business name, phone, preferred date and time, and your message) so we can respond. Submitting the form isn't a booking confirmation or a contract, it's a request for us to get in touch. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party destinations, including our social media profiles and, where relevant, integration providers named in our case studies. We don't control those third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Case studies and examples on the Site describe real systems we've built, but results for any future engagement depend on the specifics of that engagement and are addressed in the relevant client agreement, not on this Site.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowatik is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
